What counts as a concurrent meeting?
One concurrent meeting is one course running at a given moment. Three of them means three courses can run in parallel at any time. How many permanent rooms you set up for them is unlimited – every class, every course and every project can have its own room with a fixed link. The number of teachers and trainers is unlimited too, and participants need neither a licence nor an account.
So do not count your staff and do not count your courses, only the courses that run at the same time – typically the Tuesday evening peak.
What does not count as an extra concurrent meeting: breakout rooms inside a meeting – a meeting with eight small groups still counts as one. Meetings that end release their capacity immediately, abandoned sessions automatically after ten minutes with no participants.
