Frequently Asked Questions

As the only official BigBlueButton distributor in the DACH region, we are in direct contact with the development team. Every package booked with us contributes a fixed share to the sustainable development of BigBlueButton as an open-source solution.

You do not need any installation or additional software. You can start directly in all common browsers – even on mobile devices. BBB is developed browser-side – you automatically use a current and stable version at all times.

After placing your order, you will receive an email to verify your administrator address. Once you confirm this, you will access your administrator dashboard and manage your booked packages there.

In parallel, we will send you the access data for your BigBlueButton conference portal, including a one-time PIN and password. Please change the password upon first login. After that, you can start your meeting directly!

Your data remains in Germany. We host exclusively in ISO-certified data centers – without external third parties.

You can pay with common credit cards like Visa and Mastercard or via PayPal. If you want to book as a company, we will gladly issue you an invoice. Just contact us directly.

You can adjust your package at any time. Contact us and let us know what you would like to change. We will implement the adjustment for you or advise you on suitable options.

You can cancel your package directly in your administrator dashboard at any time.

With monthly payment, you can cancel flexibly at the end of the month. With annual payment, cancellation is possible at the end of the booked annual period.
