You will receive a fully provisioned BigBlueButton video conferencing platform (based on Greenlight) – including administrative access.
Includes API access
You will receive the BBB secret to integrate BigBlueButton via API into other systems, such as Moodle, Drupal, or your own applications.
Package-dependent features
Each package includes an unlimited number of registered users, moderators, meeting rooms, and concurrently running meetings. We only limit the maximum number of simultaneous participants and the available cloud storage for meeting recordings based on the package.
If your needs grow, you can easily switch to a higher package at any time.
Information on storage GB
1 GB of recording storage corresponds to an estimated guideline of approx. 2–3 hours of recorded online meetings under average usage conditions.
Actual storage consumption may vary depending on usage patterns, in particular the use of webcams, screen sharing, presentations, and audio quality.
You can extend storage independently if needed. It is also possible to download recordings and save online-storage.
Information on maximum concurrent users
The licensed limit applies to the total number of concurrent users, regardless of whether they participate in a single meeting room or in multiple parallel meeting rooms. There is no restriction on the number of meeting rooms as such.
